ARL Investor & Lender Forum – Invitation only
The latest ARL Investor & Lender Forum event will be held online on Wednesday 16th October 2024.
This invitation-only event will be chaired by Elizabeth Cardozo (Director, Real Estate & Housing, Lloyds Bank) and member of the ARL’s Investor & Lender Committee and will explore current debt market trends.
The panel will discuss lending strategies, the evolving profile of debt providers, trends in leverage, stabilised BTR debt, emerging operational debt requirements (single family or co-living) and the availability of portfolio debt.
