Join us for a free, city-wide open weekend and explore some of Birmingham鈥檚 leading Build to Rent (BTR) communities 鈥� all in one place, over one weekend.

Whether you’re actively looking for a new home or simply interested in learning more about professionally managed rental living, this is your opportunity to step inside, look around, and ask questions.

WHAT IS BUILD TO RENT?聽

Build to Rent (BTR) homes are purpose-built for long-term renting. Unlike traditional private rentals, BTR communities are professionally managed, with on-site teams, high-quality shared amenities, and a focus on customer service and community.
