We will explore the latest stabilised asset and funding deals that have completed recently, despite the challenging macroeconomic headwinds. There have been some standout transactions featuring new market entrants; larger platforms scaling and consolidating; and single-family housing has continued to expand its market share in housebuilder strategies.
We will also ask our Panel to give us their expectations for the year ahead with an analysis of the best market opportunities and where they would put 拢500m if it was at their disposal!
