UKAA members will be able to attend the National Apartment Association’s 2022 Apartmentalize event for a discounted rate. This will be the same rate as a NAA member.

In addition to the main event, the NAA will be hosting two big networking events this year that are also open to UKAA members. This is the 鈥榃elcome Reception鈥� on 22nd听June and the 鈥楩riday Night Party鈥� on 24th听June. More information about both of the events is on the NAA website听

In order to get a real understanding of the variety of Multifamily (UK translation 鈥� BTR) properties in the San Diego area, a 1.5 day study tour ( including lunch and 听refreshments) is being organised by our founder sponsor听听for UKAA members travelling to Apartmentalize.
The range of properties we will visit include;
