The Building Safety Act鈥檚 new requirements for the provision of digital systems and management systems and the use of systems for managing, holding/storing, and transferring building safety and risk information and data requires a 鈥渄igital first鈥� approach to building safety. Monitoring ongoing building safety for PAP鈥檚 and AP鈥檚 is also very important in support of demonstrating continued commitment to residents safety.
