Professionals across the Build-to-Rent sector, who are usually more accustomed to building cities with bricks and mortar than playing rock and roll, will be taking to the stage on Wednesday, 12 November, to help raise money for LandAid, achieving lasting change and striving towards ending youth homelessness.
This is the Built to Rock Band’s (“BTR Band”) fourth performance together, back by popular demand!听 The band was brought together by Andrew Yates, a Real Estate Partner at DLA Piper, all members being specialists in Build-to-Rent. The group will be performing a set of classic rock and pop covers in the historic Flamingo Room in Soho, London, known for hosting rock legends Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton and now the BTR Band!
Tickets are 拢15 per person, with all funds raised being donated to LandAid.听 LandAid is a charity well-known to the real estate sector, working diligently to provide homes, jobs and skills to thousands of young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, building their foundations to allow personal growth and independence. For over 30 years, LandAid has been bringing together businesses and individuals from across the property industry and wider built environment to support projects that provide life-changing accommodation for young people facing homelessness.
BTR Band members ready to rock and raise money for this cause include:
The BTR Band will be supported on the evening by friends and colleagues in Reworked, another band familiar to the real estate industry led by Mark Bourgeois:

Rick de Blaby, CEO of Get Living and bass guitarist, said:
鈥淐ourtesy of Andrew Yates, a group of us came together to discuss rock and roll rather than planning regimes.听 We are showing a new side to build-to-rent with our music to support a really important property industry charity, LandAid.
We鈥檙e looking forward to bringing the noise on 12 November with an eclectic rock set list. From the Killers to the Doobie Brothers, there鈥檚 something for everyone and we hope that our colleagues and friends across the industry come out to support LandAid and the band for an early Christmas party.鈥
If you want a great night out, supporting LandAid and rocking it out to classics from the Killers, U2 and Oasis, buy a ticket to join us on Wednesday, 12 November, at the Flamingo Room, Soho.听 What a great way to kick-off the holiday season!”
