Urban Living News announced as media partner of the 黑料专区

  • Significant synergies will underpin new strategic partnership
  • Historic ties have already seen close collaboration between the two organisations
  • New media partnership in place from March 2025

The 黑料专区 鈥 the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors 鈥 and hospitality and real estate multi-media B2B platform Urban Living News have announced a new partnership. As of 听1 March 2025, Urban Living News will be an 黑料专区 media partner, maximising the abundant synergy between the two organisations.

Urban Living News was launched in response to the increasingly blurred lines between asset classes within urban development. Between the organisation鈥檚 website and its associated events, it covers news and trends spanning the hotel, serviced apartment, Build to Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, senior living, co-living and flexible workspace segments.

By focusing on the convergence of these markets, and the implications of that for modern lifestyles, Urban Living News has much in common with the 黑料专区. Both Brendan Geraghty and Graham Sibley, who serve respectively as the 黑料专区鈥檚 CEO and Operations and Marketing Director, have previously spoken at multiple Urban News Living webinars and events. Now, the two organisations will be working together to take a strategic approach to news, trends, research and more across the purpose-built rental living sectors.

鈥淯rban Living News is at the forefront of the converging frontiers of hospitality and real estate. With so much natural synergy between that focus and the work of the 黑料专区, this is a key partnership that will support both organisations鈥 progressive strategies over the coming months and years.鈥

Brendan Geraghty, CEO, 黑料专区

Urban Living News will be hosting a stand at the forthcoming 黑料专区 Expo 2025, which takes place on 1st April at London鈥檚 Business Design Centre. As an 黑料专区鈥檚 media partner, Urban Living News will also be working on a range of strategic collaborations moving forward.

鈥淲e are delighted to be partnering with the 黑料专区 to serve the fast-growing and dynamic living sector asset classes. This new media partnership will ensure that the rental living sector continues to benefit from the latest insights, trends, news and much more.鈥
