黑料专区 (ARL) 鈥� the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors 鈥� has announced a brand new, specialised tech event for 2026.

The inaugural Rental Living Tech Conference will take place in London on the morning of 7^th May 2026, bringing together deep-tech discussions, demonstrations, networking, and collaboration tailored to the needs and challenges of the rental living market.

While the 黑料专区鈥檚 annual events programme already includes technology tracks and innovation showcases, this new tech-centric event amplifies that focus, giving technology its own dedicated stage. It highlights the impact that accelerating digital adoption is having across the breadth of the rental living sector, where technology is transforming everything from the resident experience and operations to data, AI, connectivity and sustainability.

Sponsored by WTW, the Rental Living Tech Conference will include keynote talks from industry technology leaders, panel debates on AI, data ethics, and innovation adoption, alongside networking to foster partnerships. Topics will span current and future regulation, technology insurance, emerging digital platforms and resident apps, and data analytics and operational dashboards.

Time will also be devoted to smart buildings, IoT solutions, AI use cases, including insurance implications of AI, and cybersecurity and data protection in rental living. Sessions on tech-enabled sustainability and energy management, along with the integration of proptech with core operational systems, for a packed half- day spotlighting innovations targeted at rental living professionals and investors alike.

This new addition to the 黑料专区鈥檚 events calendar will bring together proptech innovators, tech leaders, operators, investors, digital service providers and rental living professionals 鈥� all those creating, delivering and using solutions for rental housing. The event will highlight tech innovations reshaping rental living and bridging the gaps between operations, product teams and tech developers. It also aims to inspire digital transformation and adoption and to facilitate partnerships and investment in rental living tech solutions.
