ARL Welcomes New Member: Arrival
We are pleased to announce Arrival as a new ARL member.
Arrival makes household bills cheaper and easier. We’re building the infrastructure for moving properties – combining bill management with FCA-regulated banking to give residents transparent pricing, genuine supplier choice, and one monthly payment for everything. Unlike traditional utility management companies, we don’t mark up bills or lock residents into single suppliers. We work with every major energy, water, and broadband provider on the market, automatically switching residents to better tariffs and saving them an average of 拢239 per year.
For property operators, we eliminate void billing admin, provide managed rent collection, deliver portfolio-wide ESG data for investor reporting, and integrate directly with existing CRMs. We currently manage over 60,000 homes across the UK for letting agents, Build-to-Rent and Single Family Housing operators, as well as private landlords.
