Centrick Appointed to Manage Landmark Surrey BTR Development, Red Clover Gardens

Centrick has been appointed to manage Red Clover Gardens, a premium Build to Rent (BTR) development in Surrey, further strengthening its growing presence across the South of England.

Owned by Nara Living, Red Clover Gardens is a premium BTR scheme located in the heart of Coulsdon. The development comprises two architecturally striking buildings and forms part of a wider estate of five elegant pavilion-style residences. Its design quality has already earned industry recognition, having been shortlisted for the 2026 RIBA London Awards.

Set within beautifully landscaped parkland, Red Clover Gardens offers residents a rare balance of modern convenience and natural tranquillity. Each one, two and three-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully designed, complete with a private balcony, creating bright, contemporary homes within a peaceful, green setting. Centrick assumed management responsibility for the development on 17 October 2025, following a period of self-management by Nara Living. With the scheme now almost fully let, Centrick鈥檚 specialist BTR team will focus on renewals, resident retention and engagement, alongside ongoing operational excellence to support long-term performance and community satisfaction.
