The 黑料专区 People Awards celebrate the individuals whose talent, dedication and leadership continue to shape the Rental Living sector. From emerging professionals to long-standing contributors, the People Awards highlight the very best of our community.
This year鈥檚 winners will be revealed during the 10th ARL Rental Living Conference on 6 November at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, a milestone event that brings together the sector鈥檚 leading voices and innovators.
Ahead of this stellar event, the 黑料专区 is delighted to announce the People Awards 2025 shortlist:
Lifetime Achievement Award – Honouring long-term contributions that have advanced the sector:

Rising Star Award – Celebrating emerging talent making their mark early in their career:
