PriceHubble launches Rental Evidence Reports to support transparent rent setting under the Renters’ Rights Act

London, 6 May 2026 – PriceHubble, Europe’s leading provider of AI-powered property solutions, has launched its Rental Evidence Report, now available to all Market Analyser and Dataloft users.

Under the Renters’Rights Act, in effect since the 1st of May 2026, rent increases must reflect open-market levels, and tenants have the right to challenge any increase they consider unsupported. The Rental Evidence Report provides professionals with the data they need to demonstrate that rents align with local market conditions.

To tackle this challenge, PriceHubble recently launched a new feature, the Rental Evidence Reports. Letting agents, estate agents and Build-to-Rent operators using PriceHubble solutions, Market Analyser and Dataloft, can now generate clear, structured rental market evidence, including achieved rents data, in just a few clicks, supporting compliance with the Renters’Rights Act and the Section 13 rent review process.

Each report includes:

  • Asking and achieved rents by property type, bedroom count and local area
  • Annual change in rent paid, highlighting actual market trends
  • Distribution of local achieved rents and where the subject property sits within the range
  • Comparable property selection
  • Build-to-Rent specific asking rents

“Transparency and evidence are fast becoming the standard in the rental market. We built this to give professionals a simple, reliable way to demonstrate that rents are grounded in real local data,â€Sandra Jones, Director, PriceHubble UK, explains.
