The 黑料专区 鈥� the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors 鈥� has announced a new, dedicated event designed for teams at an early point in their careers. The ARL Rental Living Pathways Conference will take place on 6th November 2025 at London鈥檚 One Canada Square.听听

听Pathways Conference delegates will have access to a unique content programme designed to foster a sense of career progression and purpose, with content tailored to varying stages of junior development. The event will run alongside the ARL Rental Living Annual Conference 2025, providing Pathways Conference delegates with the opportunity to learn, network and share ideas with the wider sector.听听

听The Pathways Conference will be led by Grace Morgan, a recognised leader with broad experience across all disciplines involved in the sector. Committed to attracting talent to the sector and educating on the career pathways available, Morgan has shaped the conference programme to suit new entrants to the sector (including graduates and apprentices), site-based staff such as assistant building managers and facilities coordinators who are keen to understand the broader industry and aspiring middle managers.听听

听With many junior staff focused on day-to-day operations, the Pathways Conference will provide a crucial introduction to the Build to Rent investment and development landscape. Delegates will be exposed to the rental living sector鈥檚 broader strategic drivers, connecting their roles to wider market and business goals. The event will also include sessions on career pathways in the sector, customer experience and community building and technology and innovation in property management. A series of roundtables with sector leaders will also provide an informal Q&A opportunity with mid-level and senior managers, designed to encourage engagement, aspiration and networking.听
