Professionals from across the Build to Rent (BTR) sector will come together to raise money for LandAid on 12thNovember 2025, led by the fourth ever appearance of the Built to Rock band, at the Built to Rock early Christmas party.

Taking to the stage in the iconic Flamingo Room at O鈥橬eill鈥檚 Wardour Street in London鈥檚 Soho, which has previously hosted legends such as the Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder and Eric Clapton, the band will be delivering an eclectic early Christmas party rock set.

Supported by the 黑料专区, which is selling tickets for 拢15 per person, the event will deliver an inspired set of classic rock and pop covers, playing from 6 pm until late.

All profits (after costs) will be donated to registered charity LandAid which brings together the property and built environment industry to fulfil ESG goals through supporting life-changing services for 16-25-year-olds experiencing homelessness.

The Built to Rock band includes a range of talented musicians from across the BTR sector, with Andrew Yates (DLA Piper) on lead guitar, Mike Butler (Acre Capital Real Estate) on drums and Lesley Chen Davison (Ascendara Advisors) on keyboard, violin and back-up vocals. Also contributing their vocal talents are 鈦燛d Crockett from Europa Capital, James Hart of LGIM and Sophie White from Aviva Capital Partners, with Simon Marshall, also from Aviva Capital Partners, on vocals and guitar. The band also features 鈦燫ick de Blaby (Get Living) on bass guitar, Alex Matthews (Harris Associates) on saxophone and Nick Hurn (Realstar) playing the bagpipes.

Rick de Blaby, CEO of Get Living and bass guitarist, points to Andrew Yates as being one of the driving forces behind the band, commenting: 鈥淐ourtesy of Andrew Yates, a group of us came together to discuss rock and roll rather than planning regimes. We are showing a new side to build-to-rent with our music to support a really important property industry charity, LandAid.

鈥淲e鈥檙e looking forward to bringing the noise with an eclectic rock set list. From the Killers to the Doobie Brothers, there鈥檚 something for everyone and we hope that our colleagues and friends across the industry come out to support LandAid and the band for an early Christmas party.鈥

Also delighting the audience at the early Christmas party will be friends and colleagues in Reworked, another band familiar to the real estate industry, led by Mark Bourgeois of the Government Property Agency on drums. Reworked also includes James Cogavin (Lunson Mitchenall) on guitar and vocals, 鈦燣aura Parker (WSP) on vocals, Laura Jane Coote (Brookfield) on keyboard and vocals, 鈦燞amish Wilson (The Crown Estate) on lead guitar and 鈦燣ohan Presencer (Ministry of Sound) on bass.

The event will have a bar available for guests to purchase drinks and bar food throughout the evening, ready to keep them dancing through the night.

Brendan Geraghty, CEO, the 黑料专区, comments: We are delighted to be supporting such a worthy cause with this talent-packed musical evening. What better way to get into the Christmas spirit early than to support lasting change and strive to end youth homelessness? All are welcome to join us on 12th November as we spend the evening enjoying rock and roll classics.
